It can with birthday cake protein cookies!
Ingredients
- 80g vanilla whey protein
- 1/2 cup baking stevia
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. butter extract
- 2 tsp. natural sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Whisk together dry ingredients.
- Mix in wet ingredients until just combined .
- Add sprinkles if desired.
- Place rounded tablespoons of cookie dough on a baking sheet lightly coated with cooking spray.
- Press flat with a fork or wetted fingertips (batter will be sticky).
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until cookies are golden brown underneath. Enjoy!
